Our reference checking process is both effective and efficient, to ensure that you get the most valid and relevant information to better inform your hiring and retention decisions.

We make certain that your employees’ academic and professional qualifications are checked with the appropriate institutions, dates & terms of employment are checked with relevant organisations and reference checks are sought from past line managers.

Our CVRC solutions are not limited to your permanent employees alone.  Contract staff working in your organisation must be screened as well because they pose even more danger than the permanent staff. All our professional background checking reports will include the following, depending on specific information you require us to verify on your behalf:

  • Employment verification of past performance, criminal tendencies and fraudulent practices
