BOLAJI OLAGUNJU
Bolaji Olagunju is the founder and lead consultant of Workforce Management Centre, a management consulting and HR firm. Bolaji is a skilled expert in various fields, his life long ambition is to use his expertise to grow and develop organizations in Nigeria, so that they can compete favourably with the best in the world.
Bolaji is a certified Change Management practitioner, certified competency models developer, and a certified occupational testing professional. He is also an organizational development consultant with experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Banking and Management Consulting. He has been actively and assiduously involved in the development and implementation of an end-to-end Human Resource Transformation projects on behalf of several organizations.
As an HR & OD consultant, he has led several consulting interventions for major blue chip companies including MTN Nigeria Communications, Friesland Foods (WAMCO), Etisalat Nigeria, Zain Nigeria, British America Tobacco, Coca Cola International, Citibank Nigeria, First Bank Nigeria, Standard Chartered Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank, International Finance Corporation (Member of World Bank Group), etc.
Bolaji holds a first degree in Industrial Chemistry and Masters Degree in Information Systems and has attended several relevant training programmes both within and outside the country. He is a Member of Chartered Institute of Professional Development UK, Member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), a Licensed Member and Test/Assessment Administrator of the British Psychological Society, UK, a certified Change PROSCI change management practitioner, a Chartered member of Nigerian Institute of Management Nigeria and many other indigenous professional affiliations.
Bolaji is a seasoned public speaker, facilitator and instructor. He has given speeches and facilitated seminars for large audiences from private organizations, government institutions and non-governmental based organizations.
