| In the event that we cancel a programme and an alternative cannot be provided, monies received in respect of that course will be refunded in full. |

We can only guarantee to hold a reservation on a course which has been confirmed in writing either by post, fax, e-mail or web form submission. |

The following charges apply:
15+ days before a course = N10,000 administration fee
8 - 10 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
5 - 8 days before a course = 75% of the course fee.
0 - 5 days before a course = 100% of the course fee. |
